It's great that you did well in your local CrossFit competition, but not if shoulder hurt so bad you can't sleep. We love that you crush every endurance event you enter, but not if you've been told told you're a type II diabetic. The industry is flooded with people promising you fitness, our promise to you is Health! We accomplish this through using the great fitness methodology - CrossFit and combining it with the great nutrition methodology - MetFix.
