You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodology.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and scaled to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting.
All of our CrossFit Classes are Coach-led, not just the typical cheerleading you'll find at most gyms.
A CrossFit Coach will guide you through a Warm Up, Movement Instruction/Practice/Modification, and then Correct/Cue movements performed during the most effect exercise methodology out there!
Classes are 60 minutes, we start on time and finish on time. We value your time as much as you do!
